Rule of the Month
Karen’s ball comes to rest on grass clippings left by the ground staff for mulching under a tree. May she claim that the ball lies in an abnormal condition?
No. Definition: Ground under repair- Grass clipping can only be treated as GUR if they are piled for removal or if they are marked GUR.
